The first ceremony for the 15-16 High Sheriff Awards took place in Huntingdon on 9 February. St Ives Theatre and Groundwork East received their certificates and had the opportunity to discuss their projects with the High Sheriff and other guests. Guests pictured include The High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire, Captain Victor Lucas, Royal Navy DL. Deputy Lieutenants Judy Pearson and Michael Williamson. The Mayor of Huntingdon, Cllr Bill Hensley and the Deputy Mayor Cllr Daryl Brow. Further award ceremonies will take place in February in Cambridge, Peterborough and March.
